Shipping Details

All Run Auto Parts items are posted Australia wide from Melbourne. We use a range of couriers including Toll and Startrack provided you have clicked Authority to Leave (ATL) at the checkout. All parcels will have ATL as default. If you've stated there's no ATL or you have provided a PO Box address, we have to ship your parcel with Australia Post.

Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email confirmation.

We will do our best to deliver our customers' items to their nominated delivery address within the time period specified when placing the order. However, Run Auto Parts will not be liable to the customer or any third party for any losses suffered or incurred due to delay.

Items will be shipped to the address supplied by the customer. If this address is incorrect, Run Auto Parts will not refund the customer for the items.

The customer should allow for 1 – 2 days for their order to be despatched through our warehouse in addition to the delivery times specified at checkout. We’ll do our best to despatch asap, however, sometimes there are delays which we can’t avoid.

The estimated delivery date depends on where the customer lives, and is calculated from the time the customer receives the email confirmation, not from the time the order was placed.

If the customer’s order cannot be dispatched within 3 business days of the order being placed, due to the item not being in stock, we will contact the customer and offer the opportunity to cancel the order or modify the order. If the order is not cancelled, it will be despatched as soon as the items are available.

Run Auto Parts reserves the right not to accept an order, or having accepted an order, to cancel the order if it cannot supply the goods in the order.

For multiple item orders, Run Auto Parts will ship the orders when all items are available for dispatch, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Run Auto Parts will take care to appropriately pack orders, but will not be liable or responsible for any damaged goods or missing orders.

Risk associated with the purchased items passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the customer’s nominated delivery address. Anyone at the customer’s nominated delivery address shall be presumed by Run Auto Parts to be authorised to receive the goods.
