Returns and Refunds



Fitment Guarantee

We want you to take advantage of our fitment guarantee, please provide your VIN to our customer service team (Contact Us) once you've placed your order and we’ll make sure the parts you’ve ordered are a correct match! If for some reason we get it wrong or we accidently send you the wrong parts, get in touch with us here (, we’ll email you a returns label so you can send the parts back.

Hassle Free Returns

Please send us an email to with your order number, name and details of the parts you’d like to return. Please provide any other information such as the reason you’d like to return the items. Once you’ve submitted your return request, we’ll send you an email guiding you through what to do next to make it fast and hassle free. Please note, change of mind returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% to cover the cover the costs of original postage, despatch and restocking.

Packaging your return

You can return an item up to 30 days from purchase provided your items are in an unused condition and in original packaging with all accessories intact. The item needs to be in a saleable condition so please don’t mark or tear the packaging or tape a shipping label directly to the parts box as this will void the return. To be sure the item has been returned to us, please send the parcel with a tracking number. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on electrical items.


All our items come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If you think your item might be faulty, please let us know this when you make contact with us by stating warranty in the subject line of your email.

Send the parts back to us, we’ll have them inspected for a warranty claim. If the part is deemed faulty, we’ll promptly provide you with a replacement part.
