Returns and Refund Policy
You can return an item up to 30 days from purchase provided your items are in an unused condition and in original packaging with all accessories intact. We don't accept returns on electrical parts unless they are faulty. This is because we can't guarantee they have not been plug tested and damaged.
Any items being returned need to be in a saleable condition, so please don't mark or tear the packaging or tape a shipping label directly to the parts box, as this will void the return.
FAULTY ITEM
If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us using the returns form below. Please select warranty. You will need to provide information including photos and a detailed description.
INCORRECT PART RECEIVED/DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us using the returns form below within 7 days of delivery.
RETURNING A FITMENT GUARANTEED PART
If you emailed us your VIN, but we got the part wrong for some reason, please fill in the returns form below. We'll send you a returns label so you can get the part back to us at no cost, and we'll send you the correct one, or we'll offer you a refund.
CHANGE OF MIND / INCORRECTLY ORDERED ITEM / PART DOESN'T FIT
- Condition of the Item: The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and within 30 days of purchase.
- Return Costs: Return postage costs for change of mind or incorrectly ordered items are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Restocking Fee: Returns without a fitment guarantee will incur a restocking fee of up to 15% to cover original postage and administrative costs.
Important Notes:
- If the returned item has damaged packaging or shows signs of use, a refund will not be provided. Store credit may be offered at our discretion.
- Once an order is shipped, refunds are issued at the discretion of Run Auto Parts and may include the aforementioned restocking fee.
- To ensure the correct part is ordered, we recommend adding your VIN for a fitment guarantee upon checkout.

PACK UP YOUR ITEM CAREFULLY.
So it reaches us safely, you should reuse the box your order arrived in or similar. Please don't stick any postal labels directly onto the manufacturer's packaging, as this voids the return.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS
HOW DO I RETURN A PART?
Please ensure the returned item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. To be sure the item has been returned to us, please send the parcel with a tracking number.
Returns from metro areas usually arrive to us within 7 business days and can be longer from regional or remote areas. We will process your exchange, refund, or store credit within 5 business days of your return arriving back to us.
HOW DO I RETURN A FAULTY ITEM?
All our items come with a manufacturer's warranty. If you think your item might be faulty, please fill in the returns form above and select "warranty". Additional information must be provided.
Send the item back to us, and we'll have it inspected for a warranty claim. If the part is deemed faulty, we'll refund you for the part and shipping.
IF MY CHANGE OF MIND RETURN ISN'T RECEIVED IN RESALEABLE CONDITION, WHAT HAPPENS?
If we receive your return and it isn't in the condition outlined in our returns policy, the item will be sent back to your original shipping address – we'll contact you straight away to let you know and discuss your options.
AM I ELIGIBLE FOR FREE RETURN SHIPPING?
If you've sent us your VIN and the part did not fit, or we accidentally sent you a part you did not order, we'll provide you with free return shipping and will send you the correct part or offer you a refund.
If the price of the correct part is different, we'll let you know. You can either pay the difference if the part costs more, or we'll issue you a partial refund if it's cheaper.
Unfortunately, if you have selected the parts yourself, we cannot cover return postage fees, so please take advantage of our fitment guarantee and email your VIN to us once you've placed your order.
